2.Tactile Membrane Keyboards

Tactile Membrane Keyboard is designed to provide feedback to users. They are made up of stainless-steel domes mounted on printed circuit board. These dome mounted PCBs are covered by suitable graphic overlay, typically reverse printed on polyester / polycarbonate film. Whenever a button is pressed, it completes the circuit and provide degree of response to the user.

3.Capacitive touch keypads

Capacitive touch keypads consist of one or more capacitive buttons. The capacitive touch buttons/sensors can be printed on a polyester film using conductive ink or can be copper pads on a PCB. These sensors are connected to the IC. When a button is pressed, the IC measures the increase in capacitance and triggers a response.

The main advantage of capacitive touch keypads is that there are no mechanical moving parts, which will eventually wear out. These capacitive sensors are placed underneath any non-conductive overlay material such as AR-1 Acrylic, thick polyester and hard coated polycarbonate, and ABS Plastic, making them virtually indestructible. This construction is also very easy to clean, which makes it a good choice for medical applications.

4.PCB Membrane Keypads

5.NET Smart Switch (NSS)

NET Smart Switch (NSS) board controls the relays as per selected input keys (Membrane Keypad or Capacitive keypad or remote keypad). NSS board uses 8-bit low power MCU to control all output relays (10) and input keys (10).

NET Smart switch board is compatible with following different type of keypads.

  • Membrane Keypad.
  • PCB Based Keypad
  • Capacitive Touch Keypad.
  • Remote NET IR Keypad (17 Keys / 28 Keys)

NET Smart switch board can also be controlled through Mobile and PC via Bluetooth and WIFI.

6.Intercom Circuit

Nasreen Electro-Tech Developed wired Intercom Circuit, Mostly used in Car Modification. 2-wire wired intercoms  are usually half-duplex only. With only one pair of wires, they have to be used for both transmit and receive.

When one party is talking, the wires are being used to transmit the voice to the other party. Then the wires are used to receive the voice from the other party, and vice-versa.
